This process will have two parts:
- Connect to Web3: You’ll need a Web3 wallet to receive the cryptocurrency that you are entitled to. If you do not have one please take the time to create one.
- Process Payout: You’ll be required to verify the amount you are receiving, once accepted the case will be closed on your behalf

In compliance with Bermuda regulatory requirements, certain clients may be required to provide additional details regarding their source of wealth.
These clients will receive an email from our BlockFi email Via ConvertKit containing instructions for further requests.

To complete the process, clients should fill out the form and submit it along with supporting documents by replying to the email from blockfi@cases.withpersona.com.
